If the received "print-ready" file does not meet the specified criteria, such as having a different size than required, we will make the necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with the guidelines. The cost of this service depends on the amount of work needed to adapt the files and is determined individually in consultation with the client.

If you submit a project in the form of a photo, for example, a photograph of an old business card taken with a phone, we offer two options:

1. Printing without modifications – we print the submitted material exactly as received, with no additional charges.
2. Ordering a new design – based on the submitted photo, we can create a new graphic design. In this case, the service is treated as an Order a design request, and the details, including pricing, are determined individually after contacting us.
